I was born here in Los Angeles

I was born and raised in Los Angeles for the better parts of my life. Los Angeles made me into who I am. I struggled here and found myself here. I've met a lot of wonderful people along the way. Los Angeles isn't all movie stars and influencers; Los Angeles is immigrants looking for new opportunities, blue collar people and generations of families living everyday lives. I made a promise a long time ago; when I am able to run a business in menswear, I will be employing the people I grew up around to give better opportunities. With this brand, I am able to fulfill that promise.

Sartorial Theory has a close eye on the supply chain, and with that much control every step is taken with great care. Buying from us, you are able to keep jobs not only in Los Angeles, but here in the USA. Not only is manufacturing done here, all our sourcing of fabric is done here. We like to use contractors that are also our neighbors. All packaging, branding and labeling is done here in Los Angeles as well!

Giving back

By running operations domestically, we are able to give jobs in difficult times.

During Covid, many lives were changed. Some were forced to work from home and others were laid off completely. In that time, Sartorial Theory was being worked on and was able to come to fruition. We looked for manufacturers in the area and one stood out. The relationship between management and the staff was beautiful and felt like a family. Seeing that relationship solidified the relationship we now have with our manufacturer. By giving them business, we are keeping them working and keeping them from having to look for work elsewhere. With mask production waning, our business is able to keep steady work for these beautiful people.
